“Only came by to grab & go but as a khmer kid, I'm just really happy to see how busy it was. I definitely hope they can expand and do well anywhere. It was very refreshing to see my culture/people here in nyc as I rarely see any Cambodians here. I had the strawberry matcha and it was amazing. 10/10. I live in bk so I drove 1h to come here, but it was definitely worth it. The cafe looks so welcoming, charming and the staff were incredibly friendly. I'll come by again next time.”

“Artara Coffee in UES! What a vibe, beautiful indoor seating that is nice and cozy. Mom and pop coffee shop with a kind owner, great music, and innovative drinks - exactly the spot UES needs. Drink: I ordered a strawberry matcha and loved how fresh the strawberry 'jam' was and how clean and smooth the matcha came across. Also loved the sea salt strawberry cold foam they put on top, but this might be a seasonal drink. 5/5 all around - ambience, service, drink. If you love supporting local businesses I suggest you give them a try, I'll be back!”

“The place is cozy, nicely decorated, and very welcoming. The barista is super friendly and kind. He's from Cambodia and really makes you feel comfortable. He was very accommodating and even suggested I come back if I wanted to work from there. There are small tables with Wi-Fi. The coffee shop is quite small, with only two tables inside and two outside, so it's more suitable for take-away orders.”
