Bar Vivant
At Bar Vivant we believe wine is a gift from nature and should be enjoyed in its many forms. We have curated a list of wines that focuses on small, female, and family producers from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and United States that are practicing and/or certified in biodynamic, organic, minimum intervention, and natural wine. Our wine tenders are here to help guide on your quest for wine knowledge, treat yourself after a long day, celebrate your special occasions, and pair glasses with your bites.

βLovely spot for 2-4 people with wide selection of wine and even a cider if you have a non-wine drinker. Staff are friendly. Environment is warm. Food is surprisingly good. Small plates are nice for sharing. I really liked the fennel and pepper under the calamari.β

βAbsolutely delightful time yesterday evening after stumbling in here to get out of the cold. Our server was the only one on the floor last night but was extremely attentive and friendly and ahead of the game throughout. Wines were fantastic and we were expertly recommended by our server, and the seafood bites we had were spectacular. Extremely cozy, warm, and dim atmosphere which felt extremely homey and comforting. Only recommendation would be a little acoustic accessorizing as it was a tad bit too loud for me to hear my conversation partner over everyone else's voices. Will most certainly be back after any trip to the museum mile :)β

βThe cheese and meats menu was incredibly expensive for the size of that tiny kitchen. We got two cheeses and duck prosciutto but honestly I'd go back to try more. The tuna tartar was one of the best I've had in a long time, and our waiter didn't even need to be asked to bring us more carbs when we were running low. We loved the salad, just enough fennel to make it tart & spicy but not overwhelming.β
