“We dined at Bazaar Meat last night and it was truly an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I did the tasting menu. Our server Nicholas was fantastic, so well versed and knowledgeable of any question we had. Antonio the bartender made me the absolute best Ramos Gin Fizz in my life! Chef Victor also the absolute sweetest shook both our hands after we ate and we got to thank him for such a delicious meal. I don't even know which course to highlight as every one was absolutely breathtaking, imaginative and innovative. Cotton candy foie gras is probably the most creative thing I've ever eaten! The Croquet de pollo a classic but spun in such an interesting delicious way. Our final dish the Key Lime Pie, styled as a beach with a salty foam and starfish/shell shaped parts. Just blew me away. No matter which dish you choose, you cannot go wrong eating at Bazaar Meat! The creative mind of Jose Andres, it really is such a treasure to be able to dine somewhere with clear passion in their dishes. (I did not take many photos as I was really just enjoying my time there)”
