The founders of Faubourg are delighted to announce the opening of Bijoux, an evolution of the former Jayce Baudry French Pastry location at 17 Church Street, Montclair. Driven by a passion for creativity, technique and innovation, Bijoux (French for jewelry) aims to live up to its namesake representing pastry creations that are elegant, delicate and highly prized. Bijoux will be operated by the existing talented team of Juliana Villa Garcia, General Manager, and Leo Argoti, Executive Pastry Chef. The pastries you love remain at the heart of what we do, joined by new creations while unveiling new thoughtfully refined, impeccably finished creations under Bijoux.

“We have been searching for a great and authentic French patisserie for a while and Jayce Baudry is by far our favorite. The Montclair-Brest is probably the best Paris-Brest version we have had so far. Equally, other pastries and cakes such as the raspberry macaron or "The Rock" have all been amazing. We've stopped by 4 times so far in the last 2 weeks and will be back many more times.”
