“Update!!!!! Carmen's cakes have only GOTTEN BETTER!!! YES THEY HAVE!! From my first cake earlier this year to My birthday cake and Christmas cake in December Carmen's made such moist pineapple cakes and she gives you everything you want to a T. Thank you so much Carmen. Her doorsteps are legit heaven. Smells so absolutley delicious. Her work is amazing she's such a good baker love love love her cakes. My birthday cake was two flavors and I ate it with my hands because it was THAT DELICIOUS AND SOFT. I left it out long enough for it to really be nice and ready and it felt like I was eating it fresh from her kitchen. Yum yum yum QUE DELICIA!!!!!!! La Seniorita Carmen hace unas tortas hermosas EN MENOS DE 24 HORAS!!!! Honestly spectacular!!! I wanted a Dominican cake for my mom for a while and stumbled upon her page less than 24 hours before I needed the cake. She MADE herself AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY!!!! I chose arequipe filling and u can see in the third pic just how gooey it was on the second day!! Ugh the merengue frosting was so freaking yummy. Not too sweet just the right amount of delicious Carmen eres espectacular con un talento Hermoso. You feel her love in her cakes. Give her a try you won't be disappointed. “Beautiful and very delicious cake made by Carmen. She provided great communication and quick responses. Ordered a 1 lb cake with all three flavors. We came from Bay Shore and it was 100% worth it to come out to Jamaica. It's not your typical bakery, that's how you know the cake is made with love. Highly recommend!!!”

“I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this one because it was soooo good. I wanted a dominican cake que me transportara a mi pais. I stumbled upon Carmen's business through a simple google search. I ordered a 1lb cake for my mother's birthday and gave Carmen very basic information and to let her imagination flow. Needless to say, I am delighted with the outcome. The cake was moist. La perfecta cantidad de suspiro/merengue. The guava filling was not overpowering, which I was impressed with and so satisfied. Everyone loved it. El bizcocho mas dominicano que he comido. Me recordo a mi ninez. El servicio al cliente...espectacular. Hasta me hicieron el favor de llevarmelo al carro.
