“My experience with Blue Bottle is usually fantastic, however this particular one felt very unwelcoming. The cashier was rude (and just uninterested). I got a Cortado which was overly bitter and tasted burnt, which is very surprising coming from these guys. I also mentioned I'm dining in, why the paper cup I'll never understand.”

“Umm not my cup of coffee. The paper cup for iced coffee and that too small for a medium. No indoor seating. Only public sitting areas. Baristas are great but the coffee serving was an issue for me. It's is very pricey for such a small amount of coffee. The loaf was nif very sponge like but more of a sweet moist squeezed flour. Not the best experience. I would prefer a cart iced coffee over this one. Interior/ambiance is very nice though.”
