β€œHad several delicious meals here. The athmosphere is very cool, and the staff is excellent and very accommodating. Food was delicious, both the chicken dish and salmon dishes were fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend giving this place a try”

β€œThis replaced the Library of Distilled Spirits. Which the bartender stated they're not sure it closed but it was such a cool place. Either way the Bowery Road was a small bar inside the Hyatt. Had a cool mellow atmosphere. They don't have a lot of rare spirits but had a few of the popular ones available. My husband had the Van Winkle pour. The cocktail was good. I Ordered the guacamole and chips and the "Not" a Penicillin drink it was good. Staff were extremely attentive. The service was good. Menu for cocktails was short and sweet but could always whatever you choose to have them make your go to drink. The prices were great. It was very nice hanging out here especially when you're staying at their hotel.”

β€œBowery Union Square is a lovely and comfortable respite in the hustle and bustle of Union Square. I have dined there many times and the food and drink are always very well prepared and the service is always friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable about all of the menu offerings. I dined there today and Maria, my server, was very warm and welcoming and my Chopped Salad with grilled chicken was sufficient for 2 people although I devoured the entire serving. I followed my lunch with their Burnt Basque Cheesecake which Maria suggested and it was awesome. It was not overly sweet and the crust and filling melded well together to give it a very airy feel and flavor. I will definitely be returning to enjoy the quiet atmosphere and the good food and the very warm and kind staff.”
