“Stopped by Breakfast by Salt's Cure and tried the OG and Banana Walnut griddle cakes. They were served very quickly, which was great, and the overall experience felt efficient and easy. The griddle cakes themselves are unique -- hearty, almost like oatmeal pancakes, with a texture and flavor that make them stand out from typical breakfast spots. They lean a bit sweet, which isn't exactly my cup of tea, but I can see why people love them. Overall, great value, quick service, and worth a visit if you're looking for something a little different to start your morning.”

“the star of the show is really their pancakes, and they're really well priced. i got the chocolate griddle pancakes and they were so delicious. although it's not my favorite style of pancakes, it was still so, so tasty. however, i would not wait over 45min in line for them. on the other hand, the other menu items didn't shine as much. the savory dishes lacked flavor. i also wish the menu had more variety.”
