“I bought a strawberry shortcake from here and there was mold on the strawberry. Had to drive to PA with the cake and didn't notice till opened in front of everybody. When I go back they refused a refund even though I have picture proof of the mold on the cake. Was embarrassing to bring a cake to an event with MOLD on it. I go in person to get refund with pictures and they only offered me $5 credit for a cake that was above $25. Horrible service when they could have gotten someone sick.”
