“IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! I paid $26.12 for a chile relleno and a large Hibiscus (Jamaica) drink. I received this packaged and trusted it was well packed. I am unable to open and eat this because it is soaked in liquid. I haven't manipulated or moved this bag aside from carrying it by the handle and laying it flat on the floor of my cab. I called to explain this to the staff who offered no recourse except that it is not their responsibility, despite the fact that clearly, you do not know proper packaging or offer the items contain what you sell. Their seasoning is giving me a headache but I had no idea it was because it was leaked all over the bag. Shame on you and your cheap packaging, and poor customer service. Never again.”

“Great authentic Mexican cuisine. Been a customer for many years and have not had a bad meal ever. New management at the New Dorp location, but kitchen staff is the same making the food unchanged.”

“Extremely disgusted with the upper management!! This restaurant used to be a gem on the map and it rapidly went down the drain. Upper management started to cut back on a lot of costs. Food from here is no longer fresh, some of the ingredients are spoiled but still served. And worst of all, many of the staff members have expressed feeling unsafe in this establishment. I interviewed a few of the cooks and waiters and my heart almost broke! The conditions some of these employees go through are ridiculous!! Many of the employees expressed how hard it is to work for this company. They are constantly scolded, worked to the bone, and threatened to be replaced. Some of the ex-staff have even confessed to being fired right before they were eligible for part-time or full-time benefits. Many were given lousy excuses. Unfortunately, these employees hold their tongue daily in hopes of being able to provide for their families some kind of financial stability.”
