“Cafe Grumpy's is a coffee chain in NYC and the location in Park Slope, Brooklyn serves very good coffee. The space itself is quite small so I usually get it to go. There is a small assortment of pastries if you're feeling hungry. But the main attraction is the coffee and their unique drinks. I get the espresso and it has a strong bite . Definitely gives you a kick but be warned, it is strong. You can really taste the beans and it packs a punch. If you're looking for a quick hit of deliciously strong coffee on the go to give you a jolt get it here! Highly recommended *also note there is no restroom which is another reason why to go is a good option”

The atmosphere is warm, the music is just right, and the whole place has that special neighborhood feel. The baristas -- Melisande, Brendan, and Mark -- are absolute legends. Not only are they incredibly skilled at what they do, but they're also some of the kindest, most genuine people you'll meet. I'm super picky when it comes to mochas, and yet they always nail it.
