Cafe Standard

“I visited Cafe Standard a few times staying at The Standard. The street-side courtyard is such a lovely space to sit and people-watch over breakfast - the avocado toast, macchiato, and chocolate croissant were all fresh and satisfying. Later in the day, I tried the tuna tartare and kale Caesar with hanger steak. The steak was well-cooked, but the tartare was just okay, and the salad leaned overly salty with anchovies and capers overpowering the flavors. Overall, Cafe Standard shines most as a cafe in the courtyard - the food's solid, the vibe's great, and it's the perfect place to start your day.”

“Small little cafe, restaurant, and bar on the first floor of the Standard hotel. Staff is very friendly and vibes are chill. I did not get to try much aside from the matcha latter which was pretty good. Very strong on the matcha so I found it a little easier to drink by adding some hot water. Regardless, would definitely stop by the next time I am staying there again. Now for my standard comments. The location is clean and well kept. Comfortable indoor seating.”

“This has been on my list of go tos for a while, and I finally made it, and it was well worth it! The staff was lovely, and the interior was eclectic and beautiful, you felt like you were in a European Cafe! The food was so good, and their specials menu was very affordable! I got the BLT and a dirty martini and both were delicious!”
