“The definition of a local eatery in Central NY, Carol's Coffee and Art Bar on 177 Front Street in Owego oozes charm and friendliness while serving up tasty handmade menu items. The everything bagel was a breath of fresh air compared to factory made bagels especially in taste and texture. The coffee and tea were also excellent as was the entire friendly service team. And of course you'll be inspired and maybe even "surprised" at the high level of art being exhibited mostly by Carol herself! Bravo! #supportlocal”

“Carol is delightful! She immediately greeted me what a smile & shared all her Gluten Free specialties. My Dad had the Bacon quiche with coffee & I had the vegetable quiche with a hot apple spiced cider with a cinnamon stick. I hadn't had a hot cider in years so this was such a treat! I also got a peppermint mocha on the way out with a couple slices of coconut cake. My sister recommended this place & especially the GF coconut cake. I had a bite of the coconut cake & it brought me back to my childhood when this was one of my favorite desserts! I highly recommend you stop in to see Carol & the wall of all her & her daughter's art! It's a homey feel with lots of love!”
