“I love this place. Been coming from time to time because all the food is great jamaican cuisine and it's not expensive whatsoever. However today I bought a regular beef patty for my little brother and they handed us this. Mind you we didn't touch anything in the bag until we got home. Very miserable looking patty right? Either way he still ate it and loved the flavor so that was the plus side. I don't know if we upset them or something but I promise I said please and thank you when ordering and it wasn't busy. There was no need for this at all.”

“The patties here are different because unlike other locations, they step out the box and have a huge variety. But usually a customer service is not what it should be. Making orders to be picked up is always a struggle.. I personally have been stuck with an order only have of the patties were right and was forced to pay for it because they require a certain number of cocktails patties per order.... I needed it for the next day so I took a L .. honestly turned off .. this location needs new management or if it's the owner training people they need to give the business to someone else..”
