“I have never had a bad experience here. But, I finally decided to put in my review. Although I always order the Large Warm Caramel Cinnabon, and only sometimes with a fantastic drink. It is always warm, soft, and flavorful even after arriving home... ooey, gooey. The service is also the way that it should be done and I had no complaints. My child who has a big appetite also really enjoyed and devoured their warm caramel cinnabons right away too...lol. I would like the photos to only speak for themselves. And, it keeps me coming here along with a craving for more. It has made the day! Thanks Cinnabon in Bay Plaza!”

“I came here tonight to get a classic cinnabon . The guy who made my order licked his fingers to pick up my plastic bag. I had no choice but to walk away without my cinnabon its absolutely disgusting . Putting your fingers in your mouth and dealing with people's food is an absolute nightmare . Disgusting”
