“This place is a hidden gem! It may look small from the outside, but their food is absolutely amazing. I tried their pizza which was really good, but I highly recommend their pasta--it's delicious and definitely worth ordering. The restaurant is very clean, they have indoor seating, the staff is very nice, and the service is quick so you're not left waiting long for your food. On top of that, their prices are great and you really get your money's worth. I definitely recommend coming here!”

“I really tried to give this place multiple chances, but at this point I'm done. The people here are extremely rude and unprofessional. One of their delivery drivers actually called my 16-year-old "stupid," which is completely unacceptable. The last time I ordered, they forgot my soda and my pigs in a blanket, then refused to send the missing items because they were "short on delivery drivers." I decided to give them another chance, hoping they'd make up for it. Instead, it got worse. While placing my order over the phone, I was giving the guy my card number and for some reason it wasn't going through. Instead of trying to figure it out or offering another solution, he literally just hung up on me. No apology, no attempt to help -- just hung up. I will never order from here again. If you're thinking about trying this place, save yourself the stress. There are plenty of other pizza spots that actually value their customers.”

“Best Pizza in NYC! Whenever my Wife and I eat at Ciro's, we are BOTH treated like family! The staff is extremely caring about giving my Wife and I the most amazing experience possible! The pizza is incredible! My Wife and I order different toppings on our pizza each time we eat at Ciro's! Sometimes meatball and sausage, sometimes meatball and pepperoni! Sometimes just cheese! They always make it Fresh, hot and delicious! Always more delicious the next time then the time before! Bottom line is, Ciro's is my Wife's and I's favorite restaurant! We eat at Ciro's 4 to 5 days a week! Sometimes more! The toppings used on our pizza each time are fresh and delicious and PLENTY of it! So much food on just one slice it puts a smile on my Wife's face! Which makes me happy! THANK YOU CIRO'S FOR MAKING MY WIFE AND I FEEL LIKE PART OF YOUR FAMILY!
