βA nice new bakery! Beautiful environment! It seemed similar to the other Korean bakery franchises that have opened up! Considering how new the bakery is, it's understandable that they're adjusting to the time and way of things. I would have greatly appreciated having the savory pastries warmed up, as well as some sort of seasonal lattes and matcha!! The beverage menus were down the day we visited, but we ordered a drip coffee and an iced latte which were good! Hoping to visit soon when things get more adjusted. Also hoping management gets checked with their professionalism. The servers were beyond incredible but the manager made an odd comment! It didn't deter our expiernece but a forewarning!β

βI stopped by this newly opened bakery today, and honestly, it was such a pleasant surprise! You can actually see the staff working in the kitchen preparing fresh bread -- something you rarely find in Great Neck bakeries. Everything looked incredibly fresh, soft, and beautifully made. The shop is clean, bright, and thoughtfully designed. The seating area is surprisingly comfortable, making it a place where you can actually relax instead of rushing out with a paper bag. That said -- I do have one suggestion. The bakery has such a large space and great potential, so it would be amazing if they offered a few simple breakfast or lunch options. Nothing complicated, maybe French baguette or sandwiches, with ham & cheese or a bacon, sausages. It would make this place not just a bakery stop, but a destination for a full meal. And one more detail: since there are seats available, it would be nice if the store could provide plates for dine-in customers instead of having everyone eat directly from trays. The bread deserves a nicer presentation -- and it would definitely elevate the overall experience.β

βLove this new place in Great Neck Plaza, the pastries were so delicious and the drink I got was so refreshing and flavorful. I come here basically everyday now. There's such a large variety of pastries from savory to sweet, and my visit here is the highlight of my day. Everyone who I have shared their pastries with, is now a huge fan too. Not to forget to mention that the staff here are the sweetest and very helpful. Hope to come here for years to come! Highest recommendation.β
