“This is constructive feedback for the establishment: I was forced to make a purchase exactly when the owner decided, just to be allowed to stay seated. I found the way I was approached quite disrespectful, as I had just finished lunch and was waiting a bit before ordering a coffee while sending some emails. I ended up buying the coffee but didn't feel comfortable staying. This attitude makes it seem like the establishment only cares about taking the customer's money, instead of building a genuine connection and relationship that would make people want to come back. That's not what good entrepreneurship looks like.”
