βwas really impressed with the sushi. The fish was fresh, tender, and flavorful. The rice was perfectly seasoned -- not too sweet, not too sticky. The specialty rolls had a great combination of textures and flavors. You can truly taste the quality. Highly recommend for sushi lovers!β

βThe environment is pleasant, understated and elegant, with a subtle Chinese influence in the decor that feels comfortable and relaxed. None of the dishes disappointed and everything was enjoyable. The scallops were tender, and the sauce was fresh and well balanced. The steak was slightly more cooked than ideal, but it still had a rich, aged flavor. The side dish was broccolini, which I particularly liked for its crisp texture. When I visited, the restaurant was not crowded, yet the staff maintained attentive but unobtrusive service, which felt just right. I would consider returning againβ

βI recently had the pleasure of dining at Fushimi. The food was delicious and presented so artfully. The serving staff were attentive and helpful. Our waiter was Haven. The restaurant is of good size, with lovely decor. We enjoyed Lobster Miso Soup, Charred Mushrooms, Pork Gyoza, Rock Shrimp Tempura, Angry Dragon Roll and Mochi Tasting for dessert! I so look forward to going again β
