Guacado Mexican Grill

“Saw there was a new Mexican restaurant near my house so naturally I checked it out. We got a steak quesadilla and a chicken burrito. I should rephrase; we ordered a steak quesadilla but I'm pretty sure we received a chicken one instead. Not the end of the world though as the quesadilla was still really good. It was tasty, had a good amount of meat, was cooked nicely and the quesadilla itself was definitely on the bigger side. I always rave about any place that will give you free sour creme on the side to go with your quesadilla and I'm happy to report that this place does it right. The burrito on the other hand tasted great but it would've been even better if it was hotter on the inside. I don't get burritos from outside sources often so maybe I don't know what to expect but it felt like they didn't put hot ingredients in the burrito. It was a cold day and I had it delivered but the thing is that the delivery came very quickly to my house and the quesadilla was still very warm inside compared to the burrito. If it was the cold temperatures combined with long delivery times, surely the quesadilla would've been cold too but that was not the case here. Overall, prices aren't that cheap but the food is really good for the money and so long as they can maintain quality and portions, this might be my new favorite spot.”

“In this current generation of Guac Times, Chipotles, and other steam table Mexican food stores, Guacado doesn't stand apart in it's offering of food. You can pretty much get the same offerings in the other places. HOWEVER, they carry the one thing that makes everything else significantly better. The addition of their mango salsa heightens every bite of food. What separates them honestly is that salsa and the staff. A certain warmth exists when you walk into the store. The staff behind the glass puts a lot of care into making your food and offers suggestions when stuck. But one more important factor is the gut busting proportions they have in their bowls. If you thought you were packing lunch tomorrow, you aren't, you're reheating the second half of this bowl of food. And it will taste as good as it did when you first started shoveling this food into your mouth. Very enjoyable, and will be returning.”

“This is the best of its kind. Been going there ever since it opened up and tbh, the food and customer service both have been exceptional ever since. Food is clean and tastes great. Unlike many other similar spots that have been getting worse. Im glad this opened up. Def a must try!”
