“Please keep an eye on the cook. I was waiting with my classmate yesterday, 04/21, on his lamb over rice right after class. So I'd say around 7:05pm. The cook DID NOT change his gloves.. he received payment for an order in CASH.. handed the change over to the customer and then proceeded to cutting up the lettuce. HE DID ALL THAT IN THE SAME PAIR OF GLOVES. My classmate already has a compromised immune system.. that could have potential compromised him even more. I kindly let the man know he should be switching gloves after every cash exchange and ESPECIALLY before preparing a customers meal. Keep an eye on how your food is being prepped!”
