“Signing up for this meal plan was one of the best decisions of my life. The food tastes absolutely amazing and every single day the meals get delivered right to my office. You simply cannot beat the convenience. The owner Alex has been a real pleasure to work with. Excellent service and even more excellent food. MUST TRY - you'll love it.”

“I really have to start out by saying Alex & Meal Prep Culture has made all the difference in my life now for the past couple years since I have discovered them. The food is not only freshly prepared and delivered each and every night, but it's DELICIOUS. I love that I don't have to cook and I am getting the healthiest and best quality meals in a great meal prep container that I can bring to work or anywhere and just heat up. I simply don't have the discipline to do what they do, so I'm incredibly grateful. By staying consistent with these meals and this healthy lifestyle, I have reached my weight loss goals, my anxiety disorder has improved, and I just feel better. And you simply can't overlook that Alex truly provides the best customer service you could ask for. Any issue at all and you just directly text him. He has always gone above and beyond as an owner; that is everything. Lastly, I absolutely can't overlook mentioning the fact that they have the best prices around as well. Thank you Alex, for this amazing company that has truly improved the quality of my life. Thankful for you and the whole team.”

“I've used Meal Prep Culture for about 8-9 months now. And I've been amazed each week. Their menu constantly changes and always has something to look forward to. The variety of food they serve is always very fresh, and the quality is never questionable. I've eaten food days after delivery and never had to worry about it being bad. They have always been very quick to respond to any special requests or questions I have had. They are a always on top of any issues that arise and have quickly corrected anything that may have been off. By far, the best meal prep service I have used. Not just cuz of the convenience but also quality of freshness and amazing variety of dishes. I wouldn't use another service. Period”
