“Whew, the service here is impeccable! I stopped by on NYE and was looking for something different than what i usually get. *Caramel macchiato. However, I was indecisive about what I should try since I'm laying off of sugary & milk base drinks. The cashier was extremely patient with me and gave me great suggestions. He suggested the Cortado which I never had. I got it with Oat Milk, my goodness it was rich and delicious. The overall cafe is down to earth and inviting.”

“This is definitely my FAVORITE coffee shop. My coworker put me on and I have been addicted ever since. I usually order my coffee delivered bc I'm stuck at work. Today was my 1st time going into the store and I met the baristas with the warmest personality. It makes me feel great when you experience Stellar customer service that is genuine and the quality of your coffee is top tier. I will be back. “I have loved Hidden Grounds for a while and I'm not sure how I just found out that there's one in Williamsburg and one in Manhattan. I used to go to New Jersey just for their chai. I love their regular chai, but their lavender and rose ones are pretty good too! Their pastries are a beauty too. They look good and they taste good. The atmosphere is great, service is great and over all, one of my favorite places. I highly recommend it for authentic Indian flavors in their pastries and drinks.”
