“Had the worst experience here for the first time. Never will I ever revisit this hole in the wall. Thanks to the security for failing to provide professionalism especially to people who spend the money on bottle service. I've been to better places and were treated with great excellence. This place is an absolutely NOT coming back for me. Also the drinks water down, food salted and bouncers have zero experience in being a bouncer. So yeah, that's a rating of a 1 for me.”

“My visit to this lounge started with a few minor issues -- the hookah served was different from the one shown in their advertisement, and I also had some questions about the "open bar for ladies." However, one of the managers came over to check on our table, and his professionalism and kindness completely changed the experience. He explained everything, addressed my concerns, and even offered complimentary drinks to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The hookah staff were excellent and very attentive, and the DJ did an amazing job keeping the energy up all night. What began with a few concerns turned into a great night overall thanks to the wonderful service and atmosphere.”

“Me and my friend came here on one of their deal nights. They had drink specials, and at the time everything seemed fine. We didn't realize until after that our bill ended up being $120. The waitress chose her own tip without asking and didn't give us an itemized receipt, so we didn't notice until later. It's not legal for servers to choose their own tip. Definitely make sure you ask for an itemized receipt before paying.”
