“Their cakes are horrible! Tasted and smelled like cheap plastic. And they are overpriced as hell. I bought this small slice of coconut tres leches for $7. I asked the lady if it had alcohol in it, she said no. I opened it up and it straight up smelled like liquor and tasted like it. It was dry like rubber and stale. There's nothing good I could say about this. One of the worst bakeries I've been to in my life.”

“Not a bad place to grab a quick freshly baked snack in the Bronx. The staff there are also great at what they do. I was there last time for croissant with tea and it tasted great as always. The line might get long there real fast and you might have to wait outside in the cold... other than that, I alway enjoy my freshly baked snack from Jacqueline's Bakery.”
