Jimbo's Hamburger Palace

“I went to this location and asked for beef sausage cheese eggs n hash browns. This is what I was given. I called the restaurant back and the young lady that answered the phone was completely unprofessional as well as the manager. I stated that I wanted shredded hash browns as they were pictured on the menu. They both came back wit a response sayin that I should've told them that I wanted shredded hash browns. I reply that I never knew they had hash brown patties and if there were two different options y not make that option known to the paying customer. Didn't notice this until I made it home and was ready to sit and eat. A simple no problem come back and we'll take care of it would've been good but they told me that they would only change the hash browns. So now I'm suppose to eat fresh hash browns and the rest of my food cold. These folks seem to have to common sense nor common courtesy four paying customers. Jimbos is kool just not this location. Try the one on Melrose, waaaaayyyyyy better service.”
