“This is the best bakery in the neighborhood. Their country loaf is amazing- I get it at least twice a month for sandwiches, and they have a massive assortment of baked goods in addition to fresh bread. The cannolis and cookies are amazing- my first time here, another customer recommended I get the carrot cake and I gotta say he had it right.”

“You can look at my reviews, and I don't think I've ever given a one-star rating, but I was definitely disappointed with the customer service I received. As soon as I walked in and asked a question about one of the cakes, I was met with attitude, as if what I was asking was a dumb question. I was never told, "We'll be right with you," or given any acknowledgment at all. I was left standing and waiting for about 10 minutes until I became frustrated enough to walk out. Joe's was always my go-to spot for pastries in the area, but after this experience, I'll have to pass.”
