“Horrible experience. It's 11 degrees outside, they only offered outdoor seating since we "didn't make a reservation". Called and left a message to hope to get a call back, but that never happened. Showed up anyway at 5:20. Empty bar and restaurant since the Super Bowl was starting at 6:30. Told us we could sit outside with all these heaters to stay warm. Come to find out, even tho it's 11 degrees outside, the manager doesn't care at all that there's multiple parties. A party of six has one person complaining how cold it is so the manager comes out, takes ALL the heaters and puts them around her one big table outside. Then when we said something bc it's FREEZING outside and ONE TABLE has all 4 heaters, her response was "well they had reservations, you knew what you were getting yourself into - you should've made a reservation" (It was never told to us that we would lose our heater if a bigger table wanted it instead and not for nothing we were stuffed in a corner by the door outside so we kinda needed a little bit of heat from ONE of those heaters but ok) ... it was mentioned that we did try and never got a call back and we were hit with an excuse of "well we've been busy all day" so from a customers perspective it seems that bc you're GREEDY and care more abt the bigger parties, you're okay with letting everyone else freeze? And then when we rightfully so, complain about being freezing bc we were unaware the heater would be taken for bigger more pressing parties, the managers response was so incredibly dismissive and did not have an ounce of care in her body. We will never return. Ever. I will never support someone who cares more about greed and the next dollar sign walking thru the door than the customers that are right in front of her. Drinks were horrible. Manager was horrible. It was extremely evident to see that all that was cared abt was how much money she could make in one night. Thanks but no thanks; we'll never be back. Our server though, god bless her for making it happen over and over again, she was incredible!”
