βI have been taking out grilled chicken from this spot for many years.573 chicken is always delicious. The sides I like and recommend are the lemon/Greek potatoes. The reason I have them at 4 stars for food today is that they've been lacking the green sauce. It's not a sauce or a salsa anymore, it's seasoned water. The reason I rated the atmosphere 5 stars is not a bad thing, as this is not a joint meant for sit-in, and as such, it is clean and appropriately "atmospheric" for that.β

βLet me start off by saying the food here is really good. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the service at all if treating customers like ghosts and being brushed off was part of the job this lady aced it. It is 9:20 pm the establishment closes at 10 and the doors are closed 40 mins early. Fine let's just say they close early to clean if that's even the case I tried asking a simple question as kindly as possible as a potential paying customer and the lady acts as if I'm being annoying. Whoever the owner is and the lady on clock thankyou for not caring keep it up !β

βI have been a customer of this restaurant for the past 22 years. I visited today, December 27, during lunchtime, and it was a bit busy. I ordered two whole chickens with four sides, three kebabs, and extra sides. Unfortunately, the chicken was completely raw inside. Blood was dripping from the wings, and the chickens were not cooked at all. I don't know what kind of chef the owner employs in such a reputable business. This kind of service will ruin the entire customer base. I will never go there again just to waste my money. Both of my whole chickens were garbage. I should have taken the food back and asked for a refund. The lady at the front counter was helping me with the salad and trying to upsell, and I was satisfied with her service. However, I had a simple request for the chef--to remove the sticks from the kebabs. I told him four times, but he completely ignored me. When the girl at the front counter asked him to remove the sticks, he behaved very rudely toward her and showed unprofessional behavior. He acted as if he were cooking the food for the cashier, not for customers. He didn't even understand what his job was. How does he even work there? Very surprising. Instead of removing the sticks, after wrapping the kebabs, he threw the sticks at the girl. He was muttering to himself and showing anger toward everyone. The girl, however, was very patient and handled the situation extremely well. She even offered to remove the sticks for me herself. The management is not the same as it used to be. I know the Greek owner--the old man--who was the best owner ever. During his time, both the chicken and the chefs were excellent. I don't know who is managing the business now, but they need to pay attention to everything. They are destroying their own business this way. I will never go there again to get raw chicken.β
