βWhat an absolute joy to experience a dinner so deeply rooted in community, love, and flavors that instantly took me back to my childhood. This thoughtfully curated 10-course Restaurant Week menu (only $60!) left everyone happily full--and a few of us walking out with to-go plates. The family-style setting felt warm, intimate, and welcoming, making it feel less like a night out and more like being invited into someone's home. Chef Diana personally introduced each course, sharing the stories behind every dish with so much pride and joy--it made the experience even more special. We kicked things off with Palabok Deviled Eggs, Veggie Sinigang, Kinilaw, and Pinakbet Salad. For mains, we enjoyed Wagyu Brisket Kare Kare, Chicken Afritada, and Lechon Kawali--along with plenty of rice, of course. Dessert was the perfect finale: Ube Creme Brulee, Pandan Coconut Panna Cotta, and Ginataang Bilo-bilo. Do yourself a favor and check out Little Chef Little Cafe. Places like this are exactly what make NYC... NYC. β

βChef Diana is a wizard! We had her over for an intimate private dinner and she amazed us with a beautifully thought out 8-course dinner. I am gluten free and she accommodated my allergy so well! She made everything gluten free and even did some special truffle puffs that were mouth watering! We will definitely be working with Chef Diana again!!!β

βI love Little Chef Little Cafe, and I'm not the only one - there's a whole wall of notes from folks who appreciate Chef Diana's warmth and kindness and the delicious food and drinks made in the little kitchen with a lot of love. I've been coming to Little Chef Little Cafe for my midday/midafternoon snack once or twice a week since moving to LIC 5 years ago! The food is delicious, vibrant, bright, well-seasoned, and sometimes playful!! Some of my favorites on the menu are: the cheddar pepper scones, Brookie (brownie cookie), mini chocolate croissants, pork adobo rice bowl, green machine smoothie, ginger tea (great hot or iced), lemonades, and too many cupcakes to count! And on the rare occasions when I've asked for an adjustment to be made to my order - like heating up the ginger tea or hot chocolate to scalding hot if I'm going on a long walk - Diana and her team were incredibly accommodating. Not only is Diana a wonderful and creative chef, she's also a deeply kind and generous person. When funding for food assistance was frozen last fall, Diana gave away free healthy meals and mobilized neighbors to donate food to support those who needed the help. β
