“I love this spot so much. The congee is consistently incredible-I am so grateful to have them in the neighborhood. They also make this ginger turmeric soup blend that they serve with chicken, and I am obsessed with it. This has been a staple for me this winter and I'm excited to try evening else on the menu.”

“I've been coming to Maya for some years now. My favorite thing to grab frequently is the chicken ginger soup. Every time I go back home and eat it, I always regret not buying two, haha. My first time trying congee was here and so I don't have anything to compare it to but it was delicious and flavorful. My husband loves the sandwiches, and I also shop ingredients to cook with in their little asian market.”

“Nice neighborhood micro Asian market + restaurant specializing in Congee. There's a large assortment of quality Asian ingredients and ephemera that most Asian Americans will recognize, what a delight. The chicken congee was quite tasty and had a nice texture balance, very delicious! If you're scared that it's gonna be too mushy and gooey, it's not like that. The pork banh mi was good with tender and nicely seasoned pork, along a delicious turmeric salsa. Definitely not the most traditional but they mention that on the menu. Delicious bread. Will be coming back for more !”
