“After a minor inconvenience with an Uber Eats order, I reached out to the restaurant through their Instagram account to try and rectify the situation. WOW!!!! I was amazed at how the owner put me first as a paying customer and offered to *personally deliver* a brand new order of food *on the house*. I was pleasantly surprised!!!! The food was AMAZING! We loved it! The bandeja cibaena was one of the best fritura platters I've had in the Bronx. The chicken yaroa made with french fries was literally the best yaroa I've had in NYC period. Everything was absolutely delicious and the simple fact that he went out of his way to make things right with me was very respectable. I've never seen or heard of an owner personally delivering about $60 worth of food at no cost to a customer! I would recommend Melaos 100%! If you ever have any issues with your order, reach out to them and they will try their best to make it right!”
