“I've been ordering from Mexicana Deli and Grocery for years, and unfortunately the quality has steadily declined. I used to order from them 2-3 times a week because the food was consistently good and dependable. Over time, though, the experience has become frustrating and unreliable. Their Seamless orders are almost always missing an item, and delivery takes far longer than estimated. It's disappointing to constantly have to double-check orders or follow up about missing food. Because of these ongoing issues, we've cut back significantly and now rarely order. We decided to give them another chance today, hoping things had improved, but it was another letdown. After this experience, we won't be ordering from them again.”
