“Extremely disappointed. I paid $75 for custom cake decorations, but they got it wrong on three separate birthday cakes. If you charge for a service, it should be done correctly. Not worth the price or the hassle. The only thing they got correct was the "happy birthday font picture".”

“The cake looked beautiful on the outside, but the inside was a huge disappointment. Me and my husband stopped by, and right in front of us there were people complaining that their cake tasted bad and asking for a new one. That should've been our sign to leave, but we had already been driving around looking for a good bakery, so we decided to give them a chance. I honestly regret it. The cake we bought was $50, and for that price I expected way better quality. The inside was dry, had a strange taste, and was nothing like what you would expect from a bakery. It was embarrassing to serve. After getting home and reading more reviews, I realized many people had the same experience. Never again. This was my first and definitely my last time coming here -- looks can be deceiving.”

“I've had a few instances where they provided terrible service and replacement items but this one by far is the worst. My cake has mold on it and it smells rancid. It was a cheesecake red velvet cake. I reached out to uber for a solution and they basically told me "oh well," per usual. Last time i ordered a muffin and got stale cookies instead that were inedible.”
