“I used to be a huge fan of panino rustic but regret to inform that my most recent order will have been my last. Quality has declined significantly. You used to get a healthy sandwich but panino rustic has fallen victim to shrinkflation. Instead of a healthy chicken cutlet on a sandwich, you'll now get a filet that is a 1/3 of the size they used to be. I also ordered a sandwich that is described as featuring "flank steak strips" that I've had previously (that actually featured flank steak strips) and apparently they are now trying to pass off roast beef as flank steak strips and still charging flank steak prices. Disappointing to see a place that once used to be focused on a top quality product and service to boot decline to become just another mid tier sandwich shop where "good enough" is good enough. The bright spot is that their original coffee creations and pastries are still excellent.”

“The food was excellent. I had the ham& Swiss panini and it was so good. My granddaughter who trys to not eat meat had the egg plant parm panini and really liked it. We usually have it to go but we decided to eat in and the service was quick and they were very polite and welcoming.”
