Papa Johns Pizza

“I had a very disturbing experience at this Papa John's location. I personally witnessed employees touch garbage and other unsanitary surfaces and then go directly back to preparing pizzas without washing their hands or changing gloves. This is a serious food-safety issue and completely unacceptable in any restaurant, especially one serving the public. On top of that, the customer service was awful -- staff were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly not concerned when issues were brought to their attention. Cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum in a food establishment, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that regard. I will be reporting this to the Department of Health and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Very disappointed and will not be returning.”

“The garlic knots could get some more garlic and the people working there need to be wearing gloves or washing their hands when handling food. I felt as of I was eating plain bread and tomato sauce. I had to ask 3 times before someone tell me when my order will be ready. On top of that the guy using the register, just move to the kitchen and start packing orders without washing his hands. They need to be properly trained.”

“The manager treated me like shit. This was my order number #1275354311. For reference if anyone in corporation is paying attention. I'm a loyal customer and the manager was belligerent when I asked why was my order taking over two hours to deliver. He treat tend to cancel my order. Which at this point every other delivery place is fine for the night. So basically I'm screwed.”
