“I visited this restaurant in person last year after hearing great recommendations. The service was quick, but the customer service was disappointing--unprofessional and borderline disrespectful. The food at that time was mediocre, but I decided to give it another chance through delivery. The delivery experience was impressive: fast arrival, excellent packaging, generous portions, food was hot, and the flavor was initially on point. However, several items still fell short. The rice and peas were bland and undercooked, the cabbage tasted raw instead of steamed, and the chicken was dry with no gravy, which is unexpected for stew chicken. I truly hope the cooking techniques improve because the meal lacked cohesion and overall quality. Please be mindful of these details moving forward, as they make a big difference in the dining experience.”

“Beware!!!! Good luck with this place. I recently went in to purchase a meal that I always get. From the moment I went in, I knew that I should never have stopped there. I asked the young lady at the counter for a Large Fried Chicken meal with Mac and Plantains please. I also asked her to add a little sweet chili sauce on the chicken. She proceeded to tell me that mac, sweet chili sauce and plantains would be an EXTRA cost. No problem, however I always purchase this same meal and have never had to pay extra for plantains and sweet chili sauce. She then proceeded to tell me "IT DEPENDS ON WHO SERVES YOU" as to why things may be "extra". No worries, I kindly exited the store and kept my $28 in my pocket.”

“Food doesn't match menu. You order brown stew and the sender fry fish no gravy. You ask for gravy they send dry chicken. Almost choked on the dry fry fish. When you ask them for the missing gravy they said take it up with Uber they have nothing to do with it. Order at your own RISK.”
