“Mixed review. Want to love this place but too often my coffee is flavored with whatever coffee was mixed before mine. As I'm in my car not prepared to drive back and complain. Last week ordered caramel macchiato but there was no caramel. Servers always pleasant though.”

“Nice little store, spacious and airy. The biggest downside is that only one table has electric outlets, so if it's occupied by a group of camping teenagers, you are out of luck. The location is also serving one of the few drive-thrus on the island, and the staff can be a little inattentive to the customers inside. If they installed more power outlets, could become one of the best Starbucks on Staten Island.”

“I must say the new Starbucks is a hit. The inside area is clean and has a lot of room. The staff was polite. My order came out quickly. Also the drive thru they have makes it easy to order without getting out of your car. During morning and lunch drive thru is packed. So if your willing to go, you will have to wait a bit.”
