“I amm a repeat customer who has always enjoyed the baked goods here, but my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service. When I requested a plastic bag, the staff member at the counter reacted with an unnecessary level of frustration and spoke to me in a very rude tone. The exchange became very unpleasant, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. It was clear that the bakery has a policy about charging for bags and could not allow me to purchase a plastic bag because I did not buy food , but this was never explained to me politely. A simple explanation would have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, the employee's poor attitude completely soured my experience. While the pastries are always delicious, the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from the staff is enough to make me reconsider returning. I hope management will use this as a training opportunity to ensure their staff can communicate store policies to customers with more courtesy and respect in the future.”
