“Came here for a small bowl of chili, lady tried to charge me $20 even though menu had said $4. Turns out there is a tiny print that says prices are subject to change. The owner thinks that means it's okay to charge 5x more than the price currently listed. I explained to her why I was upset by this and she gave me an attitude and really didn't care that she scams people. RUDE SERVICE, ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES, SUBPAR FOOD!!!”
