I also appreciate supporting the neighborhood through making a visible community board available as it is rare in LIC. The cafe excels as a specialty beer drinker's destination and provides a great experience. Beyond the daily cafe service, they offer the option to reserve the space for events. They host free live music performances and serve as a pickup point for CSA flowers. As for improvement, I hope management ensure consistent and timely responses across all communication channels like email and social media to match their level of service in-person service. I hope for a rotation of pastries, offering of green tea and ginger tea, soup, and specials. Overall, Greats of Craft is a great add to the neighborhood. Whether you're looking to grab a quick coffee, hang out for an afternoon, or book a small event, it's a welcoming and well-run spot.”
