“Michael isn't just a great baker, he is an amazing confectionery artist! All I did was mention flavors I was leaning towards, and sent a couple of photos for inspo, and he did the rest. The way he incorporated the flavors into a 5-layer masterpiece with Swiss buttercream and fresh florals was absolutely gorgeous--and delicious, even now as I eat leftovers from the fridge. This Whisk Pastry creation for my 30th birthday was certainly a showstopper. It made me feel so special on that day, and I cannot recommend commissioning a cake from Michael enough. He nailed it.”
