βWild Fig in New Hyde Park is a wonderful spot with great service and a welcoming atmosphere. Lily handled our transaction and truly made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and attentive from start to finish. Lily greeted us with a warm smile, was patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. It's rare to come across service this thoughtful and consistent. Because of Lily, we'll definitely be returning and recommending Wild Fig to others. Excellent experience overall!β

βI don't know why. But it seems when you order a falafel, you get something that resembles a falafel, not the traditional one. Some other thing that I don't know what do you call it? But I tried it anyway. Didn't really care for it. But the service, the young ladies at the counter were very attentive and wonderful. The location was very clean, very big. But they need to make a traditional original falafel, not what they gave me. I would go again just to see If it's any better the second timeβ

βAfter reading too many positive reviews, we decided to go eat here. This restaurant had the worst falafel bowl ever, the mixed meat pizza was so bad that we couldn't even finish one bite of it. The place is spacious with many tables inside and you also can eat outside. The staff saw that we had 2 children, we asked for children meal, the fake pizza ( as you see in the picture) was one of the kids meal. I had to ask the staff for the receipt, she looked at me like I committed a crime for asking her for the receipt.β
